I’m a retired Law Enforcement Officer who personally knows Ray. Ray has a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone that needed something. He was in good standing with his department until he was falsely accused of these accusations. He inspired teenage juvenile delinquents to turn their lives around. It bothers me to know that there are corrupt cops out there that intentionally set up good officers for their own personal gain. It bothers me even more that other officers that know that Police corruption is going on and look the other way because their worried about repercussions from other officers and their departments. It sickens me that Police corruption like this goes on across the United States. My advice to any officer coming on today is do what’s ethically right on the street. Your integrity is everything. If someone is doing something criminally wrong, you as an officer of the law have an obligation to turn these criminals behind the badge in. There are people in life that are leaders and there are people in life that are followers. Ray is a leader. He stood up knowing that there were going to be repercussions for whistleblowing on these scum bags. There’s not too many people in life that could have handled the mental and physical abuse that Ray and his family suffered. This man deserves to be reinstated and these dirty cops need to be criminally charged and convicted. His story needs to go viral so this type of criminal behavior can be stopped. This story should be heard at every Police Academy across the country. If we don’t do something to stop it, it will only get worse. ~Weed out dirty cops~ If we want Policing to be better it has to be done!!!!
Mr. Raymond Hicks has been married to Mrs. Patrice Hicks for the past 37 years. They have three children. Their daughter Martice is a school teacher and business owner. Their second daughter Rayven is also a school teacher and business owner. Their son Raymond Jr is employed with the Department of Homeland Security. Raymond earned a Bachelors in Criminal Justice from American InterContinental University. Raymond and his Wife reside in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

After being falsely accused by his own Department and holding the line of justice, Raymond Hick's record was cleared of all wrong doing. Raymond went on fulfilling Body-Guard details until he was employed by "Doyon Akal / Doyon Security Services" who were contracted by Department of Homeland Security. In this role of responsibly Raymond was apart of a protection-detail for "Princess Fahda bint Falah Al Hithlain" who is the Wife to "King Salman of Saudi Arabia", King of Saudi Arabia. Raymond was also accredited with saving the life of a federal detainee who attempted suicide which earned him being selected as one of the first recipients of the "Doyon Security Services Government Group Life Saving Awards".
Raymond went on to be employed by "50 States Security". He was promoted to the rank of Captain after saving a young man's life who overdosed on herion.
Raymond is now employed with "Security Industry Specialists, Inc." who is contracted with "Apple" as an "Off Duty Officer (ODO)" helping provide a safe and secure work environment for clients. So as anyone can see with Raymond's life there is abundant life after standing up for what is right in the face of corruption and betrayal of even those he served along side. For the past 20 years Raymond has in his spare time traveled the country sharing his story through speaking events or promoting his story through his book "I'm Still Standing".

Raymond is passionate about helping young people find their way in life. When Raymond was younger, a man by the name of Mr. Bob came into his neighborhood and told him "That he was going to do great things with his life." Mr. Bob went on to mentor Raymond and other students all through his time in high school. Raymond shares that because Mr. Bob had left a positive impact in his life at such a young age, that Raymond wanted to leave the same positive impact in the lives of younger people himself to give back.
